Begin by filling out our application online or visit one of our staffing agencies near you. A recruiter will review your application, matching your skills and experience with current openings. When a recruiter has a match they will contact you for an interview, testing, job offer, etc.
No, there is a no upfront fee or percentage taken out of your check while working with Key Personnel.
The time it takes from when you apply to being offered a job assignment is entirely based off your skills and experience and our current openings. This can be same day or weeks. Sometimes we have the perfect fit for you, and sometimes we don’t have the right opening, or you need a 2nd interview.
No, Key Personnel cannot guarantee job placement. We are an equal opportunity employer and our recruiters are required to select the best candidates for the job assignment. Candidates will be hired based off appropriate skills and experience.
Key Personnel hires for a multitude of different jobs and fields. Though we specialize in warehouse and industrial environments we encourage you to look through our jobs to see our current positions.
The length of a job assignment varies by the needs of the individual client. Though it is fair to say that the majority of our job assignments are temp-to-permanent positions, this is a question to be answered by a recruiter or a particular job description when you are applying.
Key Personnel offers direct deposit or personal pay card. We pay weekly, every Friday for the hours worked the previous week.
Yes, the majority of job assignments through Key Personnel are temp-to-permanent positions. This means that after working a designated amount of hours, demonstrating the proper work ethic required, you will be converted to a full-time employee with the company you were working temporarily at.

Yes, in order to apply with Key Personnel our candidates must be 18 years of age.
Key Personnel has no particular background policy. We hire based on the policy of the specific job for the particular client's job site. This is a question the recruiter or job description will be able to answer.
